With the high heat, there's been a significant uptick in discarded beverage bottles along the trails. Not sure the easy drinking one is good for anybody with all that caffeine. The ones I hate picking up are the super hot to the touch and heavy 40oz. glass beer bottles. I simply do not understand the popularity of buying water in bottles; it's such a waste in so many ways. Plus the Pinnacles water from the wells, which I know is tested daily, is amazingly good-tasting.

Amen.
I won't get started.
Easy drinking... but not so easy to recycle?
Right?!? *sigh* =)
Happily, doing the right thing is better for the planet, your body, and your budget.
